Assistant to Norquist, Alexandra Richardson grew up in Newport Beach and obtained her real estate sales license upon graduating from Chapman University. Immediately she began her career with one of the top performing teams at Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate. Richardson has since turned to residential real estate sales. Using her local area knowledge and market proficiency, she specializes in the sought-after beach communities of Balboa Island and the Balboa Peninsula.
